Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Assistant Associate, Investment to support the Programmatic/D/OOH Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding clients’ media buys across trade relationships.

You will input data, reconcile billing monthly, and collaborate with managers to optimize processes; strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Orion team as an Assistant Associate. ORION is responsible for creating and maintaining trade relationships and investment deals, collaborating closely with all Omnicom Media buying agencies. The Assistant Associate, Investment supports the Programmatic/D(OOH) Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding clients’ media buys.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications needed
• Expert ability to navigate Excel required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• Strong proficiency in math and communications skills

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with MediaOcean (Prisma) is a plus
• Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity and positive interpersonal skills
• Possess sales and negotiating capability
