Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a motivated candidate to join our Engineering Lab in Indianapolis. The role focuses on crystallization, thermal stability, and heat of reaction studies using a diverse set of instrumentation and software tools.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using laboratory software and data analysis tools is a plus.
Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments used for studying Reactive Chemicals and crystallization.
Conduct experiments and collect data accurately and efficiently.
Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with researchers and experts to support ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
Assist in the development and optimization of experimental procedures.
Communicates project status in a timely fashion.
Ensures samples are labeled in compliance with EH&S requirements and disposes of materials with expired shelf-life.
Capable of acting and resolving issues independently.
