You'll handle client proposals, gather information for submissions, and coordinate with Producers, Account Managers, and carrier partners while pursuing a Florida 2-20 license within 90 days. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or office roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Willingness to obtain Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License within 90 days.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability and commitment to obtain a Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License within 90 days of hire (required)
