You'll handle client proposals, gather information for submissions, and coordinate with Producers, Account Managers, and carrier partners while pursuing a Florida 2-20 license within 90 days. This entry-level role offers training, mentorship, and a path for growth in a stable, relationship-driven field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or office roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Willingness to obtain Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with new and renewal insurance business
• Helping prepare client proposals and presentation materials
• Gathering and organizing information for insurance submissions
• Requesting and comparing insurance quotes from carrier partners
• Maintaining and updating client and policy information in agency systems
• Tracking renewal timelines and follow-up activities
• Working closely with Producers, Account Managers, and insurance carrier partners
