Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within onboarding period.
• Customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct insurance conversations to understand client needs.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life and Business Insurance.
• Develop prospecting, follow-up and referral skills.
• Explain coverage based on value, not just price.
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities.
• Participate in sales training and professional development.
