Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to help create engaging training materials for our sales team. You will partner with subject matter experts, conduct research, and develop content across classroom, e-learning, and video formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and recent grads welcome.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.
• Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.
• Build instructional design skills working with learning and content development tools.
• Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
