Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will craft training content for a 600+ sales team and partner with subject matter experts.

This role focuses on classroom, e-learning, and video materials, building updates to knowledge resources, and supporting learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.
• Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.
• Build your instructional design skills working with industry-leading learning and content development tools.
• Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
