Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI to help create engaging training materials for the sales team and advance instructional design skills.

You will partner with subject matter experts, research learning needs, and produce classroom, e-learning and video content, while supporting resources and communications. This role emphasizes detail, organization and collaboration in a on-site setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.
• Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.
• Build your instructional design skills working with industry-leading learning and content development tools.
• Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
