Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to create engaging training materials for the 600+ sales team, including classroom, e-learning and video content, at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role focuses on developing effective learning experiences and supporting the organization’s training initiatives.

The position offers collaboration with subject matter experts and opportunities to advance instructional design skills using leading tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recent grads welcome.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
