Qualifications

• Basic Linux administration: CLI, users/permissions, services, networking, bash scripts.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and structured troubleshooting approach.
• Motivation to learn unfamiliar tools, technologies, and processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to document steps taken.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with teammates and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure automation platforms and shared engineering services; respond to troubleshooting requests, alerts, and on-call incidents.
• Perform basic Linux administration: check storage, system status, review logs, run existing scripts.
• Learn the team’s automation tools, practices, and processes through mentoring and hands‑on work.
• As experience grows, contribute to automation improvements, platform design, and complex problem solving.
