Job summary

Actalent is seeking multiple Systems Administrators to manage enterprise hardware and infrastructure across development, test, and deployment environments. You will blend systems administration, automation, and DevSecOps to ensure reliable, secure operations and mentor junior team members.

You will work hands-on with servers, storage, and compute platforms while collaborating with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Extensive enterprise systems administration and infrastructure support experience.
• Linux OS installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Ansible or similar tools.
• Experience with hardware platform deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise computing environments.
• Support system deployment, integration, maintenance, upgrades, and readiness across environments.
• Develop automation solutions to improve provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and performance across environments.
• Interface with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and support qualification efforts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
