CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a passionate Product Manager to shape the future of our Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager portfolio.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver features that improve lease accounting, administration, and transaction management for global clients. The role emphasizes data quality, user-centric design, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital Product Management experience are required.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited in-person University or College.
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to execute objectives.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in defining and delivering product features and enhancements.
• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, and feedback.
• Participate in customer interviews, research, and data analysis.
• Help translate product ideas into basic workflows, mockups, or documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to support feature development.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and iteration of product features.
• Assist in analyzing usage data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and document decisions.
