Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) in Brown Deer, WI, is hiring for an entry-level position focused on processing payments and supporting daily remittance workflows. This full-time, onsite role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with hands-on training and clear learning opportunities. You will prepare customer payments, perform document imaging and data entry, review exception items, and help ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and process information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer payments for processing.
• Perform document imaging and data entry.

Pay: Entry-level pay

What you will be doing

• Prepare customer payments for processing.
• Perform document imaging and data entry.
• Review and process exception items.
• Troubleshoot routine processing issues.
• Prepare outgoing customer mail.
