APL Logistics is seeking an HR assistant to support the HR Business Partner in managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. The role also covers payroll administration, regulatory compliance, and performance processes for the NAM region.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with benefits such as vacation, health coverage, retirement plans, and ongoing development support.

Qualifications

• Basic HR work experience (12–18 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HRBP with recruitment and onboarding processes, posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and offers.
• Support payroll processing, data maintenance, and timely payroll delivery; assist with compliance reviews and vendor coordination.
• Assist in regulatory compliance audits and ensure open items are addressed.
• Coordinate performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives with HRBP and teams.
