Colgate-Palmolive in New York and nationwide seeks an Associate Customer Development Manager for the Grocery channel to drive share and sales across key accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage data insights, and ensure flawless on-shelf execution from HQ to the field.

This role offers high-visibility growth opportunities and close collaboration with brokers, distributors, and retailers across major markets. A dynamic, data-driven approach is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods or retail commercial experience
• Experience utilizing syndicated data systems (Circana/NielsenIQ) and POS metrics to drive growth
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform growth strategies

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial ownership across assigned customer accounts within Regional Grocery - Wholesale, Military & Natural channel, delivering share, volume, and financial targets
• Apply a builder mindset to proactively seek distribution gaps and growth opportunities
• Demonstrate resilience and focus on controllables to drive results amid market headwinds
• Lead ecosystem stewardship by coordinating with internal teams, brokers, distributors, and buyers
• Influence without authority to build trust and drive accountability with third-party agencies
• Use syndicated data and POS analytics to develop data-driven strategies
• Translate insights into disciplined on-shelf execution
