Cricut is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager for hardware to drive next-generation products blending design, innovation, and consumer relevance. You will partner with engineering, marketing, operations, and global manufacturing teams to shape a high-impact product portfolio that disrupts the creative world.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on hardware product experience and a passion for consumer behavior, with strong leadership and analytic skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience bringing physical B2C hardware products to market.
• Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts preferred.
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hardware product strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market opportunity analyses and build business cases for hyper-growth initiatives.
• Involve consumer learning plans to derive insights for product definition and marketing.
• Make trade-off decisions balancing strategy and execution for market readiness.
