Job summary

Cricut is seeking an Associate Global Product Manager for hardware to lead development of next-gen products and drive consumer-focused innovations. You will partner with hardware/software engineers, marketing, operations, and global manufacturing teams to shape a portfolio that blends design, technology, and consumer relevance.

You will influence go-to-market plans, analyze market opportunities, and build compelling business cases to fuel hyper-growth and brand leadership in the crafting space.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience bringing physical products to market (ideally with a technical component).
  • Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts.
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams on product development and GTM strategies for hardware products.
  • Perform market analysis and build business cases for hyper-growth initiatives.
  • Lead consumer learning plans to inform product definition and marketing.

What You'l Do:

We are seeking an exceptional and seasoned individual for the position of Associate Global Product Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in the development of compelling hardware products that blend technical innovation, impeccable design, and strong consumer relevance.

The ideal candidate will be a key part of the team driving Cricut’s next-generation products, enhancing existing products, and furthering the growth of our world-class brand. This role involves close collaboration with:

  • Hardware and software engineering
  • Marketing
  • Operations
  • A global manufacturing team

You will be instrumental in driving a product portfolio that is disrupting the creative world.

What You’ll Do

As a Global Product Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team in the product development and go-to-market strategies for a key portfolio of hardware products.
  • Perform market opportunity analysis and build business cases that support hyper-growth initiatives.
  • Actively participate in consumer learning plans, deriving consumer insights to inform product definition and marketing.
  • Make fundamental trade-off decisions that balance strategic and execution considerations when bringing products to market.
Who You Are

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following characteristics, whether through work, school, or life experiences:

Experience and Education
  • Minimum 2-4years of experience bringing physical products (business to consumer hardware) to market (ideally with some technical component).
    • Background in product management, product marketing, or brand management preferred.
  • Undergraduate business, marketing, design, engineering, or liberal arts preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
