Ladders is seeking an Associate General Counsel - Product - Partnerships to join a leader in the information technology space as a key legal partner to the product and research teams, guiding strategy across the product lifecycle. This remote role targets US-based candidates.

You will draft, negotiate, and execute complex technology transactions to advance product strategy, shape the processes of a new product legal function, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel to

Formación

J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar.
8+ years of experience in top law firm or in-house setting.
Strong experience with strategic partnerships in technology products and distribution.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex technology transactions.
Ability to manage both product and transactional matters.
Willingness to navigate novel legal questions in a fast-moving tech environment.
Interest in improving team efficiency and using AI tools.
