Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an Associate General Counsel – Litigation to serve as the operational and strategic leader of the litigation function. The role manages day-to-day docket activity, supervises the Senior Litigation Counsel and staff, and acts as a key deputy to the Deputy General Counsel on disputes and eDiscovery matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong credentials.
• Active state bar admission.
• 10+ years of litigation experience with 3+ years in people-management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Senior Litigation Counsel and other team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Own resourcing and workload allocation across the litigation team.
• Strengthen scalable litigation processes, playbooks, and templates.
• Escalate complex matters to Deputy GC as needed.
• Partner with Deputy GC on budget, outside counsel, and tech tooling decisions.
• Own the company's overall litigation docket and reporting.
• Manage high-exposure matters, including securities/privacy class actions.
• Oversee outside counsel engagement and cost discipline.
• Represent ZoomInfo in mediations and court proceedings as needed.
• Provide oversight of eDiscovery and information governance.
