Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission active in good standing; licensed to practice.
• 10+ years of litigation experience with team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Senior Litigation Counsel and staff; supervise daily docket and strategy.
• Own the most complex matters; set litigation strategy and budget with Deputy GC.
• Oversee eDiscovery, information governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
