Job summary

PODS is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to lead litigation risk management, advise senior leadership, and oversee outside counsel across a broad portfolio of matters. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of litigation matters experience in firm and/or in-house roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse array of litigation matters including commercial disputes, transportation and employment claims.
• Drive end-to-end litigation strategy; assess merits, motions, settlements and trial themes.
• Oversee outside counsel and align with nationwide legal strategy and cost targets.
• Support internal investigations, OSHA responses, and compliance with employment laws.
