Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for corporate office visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on potential commercial issues.
• Select and coordinate external counsel for litigation matters.
• Report regularly on litigation status, benchmarks, and financial metrics.
• Review legal documents and determine necessary filings.
• Attend depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Conduct internal investigations and prepare responses to third parties.
• Enhance legal service delivery through preventative actions.
• Communicate effectively maintaining professional relationships.
