Higgsfield AI is seeking an Associate General Counsel to partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams as we build AI-powered tools. This role leads legal support for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy to help ship innovative products while managing risk.

The ideal candidate is pragmatic, product-minded, and thrives in fast-moving environments, delivering practical guidance to technical teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across corporate, commercial, operational, regulatory, employment, privacy, compliance, and general technology-related legal matters.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts into business-friendly guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal workstreams for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy.
• Advise Product, Engineering, Design, AI Research, and Security teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop governance frameworks for AI technologies and responsible data usage.
• Build scalable legal review processes and playbooks to accelerate product launches.
