Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Commercial to serve as a senior legal leader supporting our rapidly growing global commercial and marketing organizations. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance across a broad range of revenue and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership required.
• 10+ years in sophisticated commercial transactions for high-growth tech/digital businesses.
• Experience at top-tier law firm and in-house preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex marketing, advertising, or similar commercial agreements.
• Strong know-how in SaaS, APIs, licensing, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing, advertising, CPA/performance-based, affiliate, media, agency, creator/influencer, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Structure revenue share, attribution, and payment mechanics for growth deals.
• Negotiate enterprise SaaS, API, licensing, and other strategic contracts.
• Advise executive leadership on new business models and commercial risk.
