Meta's Legal team is seeking an Associate General Counsel for AI Product to provide commercial legal counsel for AI-powered consumer experiences across Meta's apps, including Muse. You will structure, negotiate, and close distribution arrangements with cloud providers and other partners, and lead complex AI-related deals such as partnerships and licensing agreements.

• Provide commercial legal counsel to teams building and shipping AI-powered consumer experiences across Meta's family of apps.
• Structure, negotiate, and close distribution agreements that enable broad model availability while protecting Meta's interests.
• Lead or support complex commercial deals involving AI technology — partnerships, joint development, and enterprise licensing.
• Advise on data acquisition and licensing transactions for model training and product development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial legal counsel to AI consumer experiences across Meta's family of apps, including Muse and other consumer AI products.
• Structure, negotiate, and close distribution agreements with CSPs, open source channels, and other go-to-market partners.
• Lead or support complex commercial deals involving AI technology—strategic partnerships, joint development arrangements, and licensing.
• Advise on data acquisition and licensing for model training and product development, including inbound/outbound data rights.
