Job summary

Asmodee is seeking an Associate Game Developer to join our studio team. You will work with Game Developers to tune game design documents and create rule content for new and existing miniatures and board games.

You will collaborate closely with the Development Director and Manager to reflect the licensed IP’s core pillars in the final rules and assist with layouts in print files. You will also help manage play-testing groups, keep projects on schedule, and coordinate with Graphic Design to ensure

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, iWorks Pages, iWorks Numbers, and Adobe InDesign.
Self-directed time management and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Detail oriented and dedicated to making great games.
Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals.

Responsibilities

Assist Game Developers in developing rules based on design content for various games.
Coordinate with Development Director and Manager to align rules with project vision.
Layout final rules into print files alongside Graphic Design.
Serve as primary contact for play-testing groups and processes.
Work with Development Manager and Game Producers to ensure budgets and milestones are met.
Maintain cross-team communication with Freelance Artists, Writers, and play-testers.
