Job summary

Asmodee is seeking a Print Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day production-file communications with international localization partners, suppliers, licensors, and North American studios. You will review, export, proof, and troubleshoot InDesign files for press and localization, ensuring timely delivery and brand color consistency across products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary file contact for studios, localization partners, licensors, quality, demand and planning services, and suppliers; addressing all technical questions and constraints related to production files.
  • Conduct an extensive review and prepare InDesign files for press and localization using established best practices and quality control methods.
  • Manage project communication across all internal and external teams – communicating deadlines, anticipating schedule risks, and providing project status updates.
  • Troubleshoot file issues and pre-press feedback from suppliers with developers, designers, and international partners.
  • Manage project statuses within internal databases to keep productions on schedule.
  • Maintain strict version control and efficient organization of all game files within the internal file management platform.
  • Review digital proofs, pre-production samples, and final product samples for printed quality and color accuracy using a photo spectrometer, calipers, light, and other tools.
  • Maintain and record archival copies of all studio products.
  • Track, plan and implement updates to game files as needed based on compliance guidelines, licensor feedback and studio changes.
  • Collaborate closely with New Product Development Project Coordinators and studio producers to ensure product quoting accurately reflects file setup for press.
  • Track, collect, and communicate all final file and production sample approvals to studios, partners, Licensing teams and suppliers while maintaining project deadlines and Print Production milestones.

The Print Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day production file related correspondence with Asmodee’s international localization partners, suppliers, licensors, quality team and Asmodee North America studios. The coordinator independently manages the file review, exporting, proofing (digital and physical), approvals and troubleshooting within their assigned product range. This role is crucial to ensure production files are properly formatted to print, proofed, and delivered on time for both new products and reprints. This role also ensures that printed production samples are reviewed for print quality, and brand color consistency.

What will your role involve

Experience/Education

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prefer 2 to 3 years of experience in print production or project management.
  • Experience doing pre-press file work.
  • Experience using Dropbox is preferred; not required.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Professional.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monday.com experience preferred; not required.
  • Product knowledge is preferred; not required.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000.
