Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an Associate FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in the United States. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making, partnering with leaders to analyze performance, develop budgets, and provide actionable insights in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and effective communication as you contribute to driving business results and improvements across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Oracle or Hyperion is preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and financial presentation development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze operating expenses, headcount, and KPIs to identify trends and drivers.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, and opportunities.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand financial impacts of operational decisions and provide recommendations.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities against plan.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with Accounting and Controllership teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using financial and BI tools.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.
