Job summary

Yugo is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for the U.S. portfolio and global management company.

The role partners with Operations, Accounting, Leasing, and leaders across the business to translate financial data into actionable insights, drive planning accuracy, and support strategic decisions. You will manage dashboards, financial models, and cross-entity collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for U.S. business and global management company.
• Develop data-driven budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze operating assumptions and their impact on portfolio and company results.
• Prepare management dashboards and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide decision support for new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Leasing, and cross-functional teams.
