Job summary

Narmi Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Engineer to join the Growth team. You will partner with financial institutions to understand their needs, demonstrate how Narmi solves their problems, and bridge gaps between prospects, product, engineering, and success teams.

You'll deliver tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and stay informed on the competitive landscape while collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles at B2B SaaS companies.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with financial institutions is a plus.
• Track record of owning projects and working autonomously.
• Mastery of modern web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript and Python).
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to assess technical capabilities, needs, and integration requirements.
• Build and deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations.
• Draft responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires.
• Stay current on competitor and partner solutions.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop revenue-driving solutions.
