Job summary

Narmi is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer, Commercial Banking to join our growth team. You’ll serve as the technical bridge between prospects and our product, translating commercial banking needs into Narmi solutions and owning the technical side of sales engagements end-to-end.

You’ll demo the platform confidently and collaborate across teams to close deals and drive revenue growth. You’ll stay current on industry trends, regulatory pressures, and banking challenges, and articulate how Narmi

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles.
• 4+ years working in or closely with financial institutions with consumer banking ops.
• 2+ years of enterprise B2B sales/presales experience.
• Understand key industry trends, regulatory pressures, and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative conversations with financial institutions and map Narmi’s product to their needs.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos of Narmi and partner platforms.
• Liaise with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop revenue-enhancing solutions.
• Stay current on competitor/partner solutions and articulate Narmi's differentiation.
• Convey business value using your product knowledge to close deals.
