Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in California.

• Experience with financial services, licensed lender, FinTech, or SaaS legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts independently or with seniors.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance, privacy, and business issues affecting financial services and SaaS operations.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to company operations.
• Support litigation matters, including strategy, calendaring, discovery, and interactions with outside counsel.
