Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Financial Controller to join our Finance and Tax team. The role blends financial controlling with tax operations, supporting reporting, payroll, and client accounting across U.S. and international entities.

The successful candidate will bring strong accounting and tax capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to interact with clients, family members, and external partners. Prior international experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent designation.
• 5+ years of international finance/accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, and banking.
• Strong Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using AI and automation in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting for trust and investment structures across 200+ client accounts.
• Maintain client accounting records with accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist with trust tax schedules, financial schedules for audits, and regulatory packages.
• Support payroll administration and related reporting and tax filings.
• Coordinate with international colleagues on financial and tax information.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and systems.
• Assist with daily cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and budgeting.
