Job summary

Santander US is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to help clients identify financial needs, align investment goals, and implement suitable investment and insurance solutions. You will work with branch leadership and senior advisors to build relationships and drive investment sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of sales achievement with high ethical standards required.

Responsibilities

• Attain and exceed investment sales, revenue, and client engagement goals as defined by management and the Retail Investments scorecard.
• Conduct client appointments through in-person, virtual, and telephone channels to identify financial needs and recommend investment and insurance solutions.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients by strengthening relationships and delivering ongoing financial guidance.
• Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, FINRA, state, and federal regulations governing sale of investment and insurance products.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Field Advisors, and Licensed Bank Employees to identify opportunities and support growth.
• Provide coaching and product awareness support to LBEs and branch partners to enhance referrals.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and development initiatives to enhance advisory skills.
• Develop and execute business development activities aligned with management objectives.
