Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with administrative and supervisory experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Collaborative with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports.
• Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions to maintain a high-quality program.
• Lead and train team to support programmatic initiatives, goals, and daily routines.
• Manage team performance through communication, training, and meetings.
• Develop current and future programs including residential supports and person-centered planning.
• Conduct fundraising activities to advocate COI’s mission.
• Establish relationships with local, state, and governmental agencies.
• Ensure supports per Individual Support Plan (ISP) are delivered.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Audit finances of individuals to ensure proper documentation.
