Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director to lead community operations and prepare for Executive Leadership in a senior living setting.

You will oversee care, sales, budget management, regulatory compliance and staff development while partnering with the ED to drive occupancy and revenue growth. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in senior living preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as required.
• Experience in operations, team leadership and performance management.
• Strong financial, sales and customer service acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and developing into an Executive Director.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 71,136.00 - 98,176.00
