Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Riverside, CA is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations, recruit and develop the caregiving team, and ensure resident-centered services.

You will partner with clinical teams, manage schedules, monitor resident changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive staff engagement and budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution

Pay Range:

70,720.00 - 91,676.00
