Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and cultivate a strong caregiving team. You will ensure resident-centered services and collaborate with clinical staff on assessments and care planning.

The role requires at least 1 year in assisted living or healthcare, with supervisory experience and strong communication. Exposure to regulatory standards and MS Office is needed. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency

Pay Range: 61,880.00 - 82,680.00
