Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and implementation of the Stormwater Management Program.
  • Procure state and federal water quality permits to support NDOT operations.
  • Coordinate with other NDOT divisions to monitor statewide compliance.
  • Prepare correspondence, field reports, and documentation updates.
  • Contribute to water quality document reviews and environmental impact statements.
  • Assist in water rights administration, inventories, and distributions.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and prepare final inspection reports.
