We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate for Atlanta, GA, with fully remote work options. The role covers employment, commercial and general civil litigation, with a focus on representing both plaintiffs and defendants and engaging in nationwide disputes, arbitrations, and class actions under experienced mentorship.

The position offers a sustainable billable target of 1,500 hours, direct partner mentorship, long-term partnership potential, and a strong compensation

Formación

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Previous private-practice law firm experience.
• Experience with hearings, depositions, discovery and substantive drafting.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Stable employment history and interest in long-term development.
• Employment or commercial litigation experience preferred.

Employment Litigation Associate - Atlanta, GA (Remote) – Up to $160k Base + Bonus

Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA – Fully Remote
