Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a national plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, offers a fully remote role with court appearances in the Atlanta area as needed. You will manage a caseload of 20–30 matters, draft motions, conduct depositions, and lead settlement negotiations while collaborating with executives and clients.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of employment litigation experience, a Georgia Bar admission, and strong experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and discrimination

Responsibilities

Location/Schedule: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the Atlanta area for court appearances and depositions

The Role:

• Manage approximately 20–30 active matters initially.
• Draft briefs, dispositive motions and demand letters.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle court appearances and arbitration hearings.
• Lead settlement negotiations and assess case value.
• Prepare trial strategy and second-chair complex matters.
• Advise and communicate directly with executive and professional clients.

Core Requirements:

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• At least five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong plaintiff-side experience or highly transferable litigation skills.
• Experience with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and discrimination claims.
• Arbitration and settlement-negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage litigation independently.
• Stable employment history and strong commercial judgement.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
