Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Associate Project Manager to generate business, oversee electrical and specialty systems construction projects, and manage staff.

Ideal candidates bring PC proficiency, MS Office, and knowledge of Accubid/AutoCAD; electrical construction knowledge is preferred.

The role includes traveling 15–20%, coordinating with Purchasing and HR, and working typical hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri, with additional needs as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
• Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with 1 year of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects to ensure profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors to coordinate materials effectively.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales, etc.).
• Performs bi-annual field performance reviews and conducts timely employee evaluations.
• Partners with Human Resources to optimize recruiting, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and support safety and proper operations.
