Job summary

Moog Space and Defense Group seeks an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to perform conceptual design, analysis, development, and testing of complex electronics for NASA, military, and commercial space applications. Onsite in Buffalo, NY, you will create schematics and layouts, analyze designs, and document results under the Electrical Engineering Manager.

Required: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred), ability to obtain U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Onsite work in Buffalo, NY; remote candidates not considered.

Responsibilities

• Create schematics and layouts using CAD software.
• Perform design analysis (signal integrity, stress, deratings).
• Develop test procedures for circuit card, box, and system levels.
• Participate in failure investigations and provide work estimates for proposals.
• Document designs and test results clearly.
