Job summary

Veolia is seeking a skilled EI&C Engineer to join the Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering team in Bellevue. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group to deliver custom project designs for water technologies, ensuring quality, schedule and budget adherence while mitigating risks.

The role covers leading design for instrumentation, electrical, controls and programming, supporting production facilities, and contributing to factory acceptance tests and commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
• Preferred: PE or EIT designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and comment on engineering documents (P&IDs, GA, design guidelines, etc.).
• Select instrumentation for water treatment facilities and prepare instrument data sheets.
• Design complete detailed electrical and process control documents (SLD, load lists, control logic).
• Perform FATs, CVTs and commissioning support as required.
• Develop automation deliverables including test plans, programs, and network design.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule and report risks with project teams.
