Must have 2+ years editing experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable with regulated content; onboarding is onsite for 1–2 weeks, then ~95% remote with occasional onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of editing / proofreading experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch what others miss
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Solid grasp of grammar, structure, and editorial standards
• Comfortable working with regulated or compliance-driven content

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit customer communications including letters, invoices, and policy documents
• Ensure accuracy across grammar, formatting, branding, and legal language
• Validate inclusion of required disclaimers, state mandates, and regulatory content
• Audit materials and data tables for 100% accuracy and zero errors
• Collaborate with internal teams to correct inconsistencies and maintain brand standards
• Track updates and ensure revisions are implemented
