Job summary

Profiles is hiring a Digital Content Editor & Process Manager for a full-time hybrid 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend year over year. Three days on-site per week are required, and the role involves managing a large volume of creative assets and complex workflows.

You will lead asset routing, collaborate with legal and marketing, and drive process improvements while maintaining strict SLA adherence across brands and channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing experience with AP preferred style.
• 2+ years of experience in the creative process management space or similar.
• Experience driving project pace in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead routing and maintenance of creative assets across channels.
• Drive consultations with SMEs on timing and schedules and socialize feedback with external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Be the main point of contact for enterprise control requests.
• Lead scheduling and facilitation of meetings to review feedback and provide decisive guidance on creative pieces.
• Develop monthly metrics reporting and risk reporting using tracking data as a primary source.
