Thrive Health Systems is seeking an Associate Doctor to join a Colorado-based team. You will work with a Senior Doctor to treat patients, develop communication of results, and grow into leadership roles.

Expect to contribute to a flexible practice model and potentially advance toward ownership, with a track record of high performance. The role requires hard work (40+ hours/week), strong communication, and a broad healthcare philosophy addressing chronic illnesses beyond back pain.

Qualifications

• Foundational doctor skills to treat patients and do no harm.
• Ability to diagnose and communicate with other practitioners.
• Willingness to learn and work at least 40 hours per week.
• Leadership mindset with communications to staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Senior Doctor as a team to treat patients and grow results.
• Develop skills to communicate patient results and manage cases.
• Lead patients from pain to health and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, staff, executives and other doctors.
