Typical Lead Doctors are 2–4 years out of school and aim to lead rather than be an associate, leveraging our marketing and support systems to build multi-site impact.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering health care plans.
• Patient goal management and accomplishment skills.
• Diagnosis skills.
• Treatment skills, ideally beyond the Chiropractic adjustment.
• A full health care philosophy addressing chronic illnesses common in Americans.
• Google Suite computer skills.
• EHR skills including notes and charges.
• Spreadsheet skills.
• High social skills and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Sales ability or selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Doctors develop their own practice within a clinic alongside other doctors.
• Manage approximately 20 hours of treatment time and 20 hours of administration weekly.
• Lead the patient care journey from pain to health and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with corporate executives and marketing teams to support growth.
