Thrive Health Systems in Centennial, CO seeks a Lead Doctor to build and oversee a personal practice within our clinic, while collaborating with other physicians. Expect ~40 hours per week including treatment and administration time.

Lead Doctors are typically 2–4 years out of school and will lead care teams, develop care plans, and deliver outcomes beyond chronic back pain, using a broad suite of diagnostic and therapeutic tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive health care plans.
• Strong patient goal management and measurable outcomes.
• Solid diagnostic capabilities and treatment skills.
• A broad healthcare philosophy addressing chronic illnesses, not just pain.
• Proficient in Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, leadership and sales abilities.

Responsibilities
