Overview

Thrive Health Systems is looking for a Lead Doctor for our newest location in Centennial, CO. We are looking for Leaders: doctors who can gain excellent health care results for patients while being able to develop a practice utilizing approximately 20 hours a week of treatment and administration time. Lead Doctors develop their “own” practice within a clinic, alongside other doctors. Typical Lead Doctors are 2-4 years out of school, ready to develop their “own” practice and be the lead, rather than the associate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver health care plans for patients
• Manage patient goals and measure achievement
• Perform diagnosis and provide treatments, ideally beyond the Chiropractic adjustment
• Lead and develop a full health care philosophy addressing the 80% of chronic illnesses, not only back pain
• Utilize Google Suite, EHR, notes and charges, and spreadsheet tools effectively
• Demonstrate high social, leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Lead patients from pain and sickness to health and communicate effectively to motivate action
• Possess integrity, accountability, and a service-driven approach to patient care and community reputation
